Where are they ?

Papallacta is an hour from Quito, just on the border enetering the Napo Province. Public transports go there in numbers from bus terminals.

Napo has much more that the Aazon Rainforest to offer, and the thermal waters in Papallacta is definitely one thing you'll love. Relaxing in hot volcanic water surging from underground at 3.300 meters altitude is really something. You can chose to go in the public bath inside Papallacta itself, or go to the SPA that are located 1.5km from the village. There you'll be able to enjoy nice facilities, SPA treatments and massages, and even a nice lunch with local trouts... just to treat yourself all the way.
